Application characteristics

* Suitable for long-distance transportation, the circumference can reach more than 100 meters

* Suitable for light load conveying, the maximum load of a single slide seat is 15 kg.

* Optionalranges of repeated positioning accuracy are: ±0.05~±0.5mm

* The material of the slide seat can be selected from steel or aluminum, precision machining, strict quality control and exquisite installation process, which can make the accuracy of the slide seat in the three directions of X-Y-Z up to HP level, thatis,<+0.05mm.

Non-standard customization description

* According to the application scenario, the specifcations of the precision chain can be selected 8A/10A/12A and other specifcations, and under normal circumstances, the selection of 12A specifications is more.

* The center distance of the conventional adjacent stations is not less than 110mm, which is related to the length ofthe chain, and is generally an even number of chain links.

* Commonlyused circular guideway diameter is 255-600mm, the parameter table of the circular guideway can refer to our《GMP Series Products》.

* It is not a common circular guideway, which needs to be re-produced and the delivery time is slightly longer.
